We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is passionate about building clean, reusable, and high impact software. If you enjoy solving real-world problems, delivering pixel perfect UI, and building systems that scale, this role is for you.

As a Full Stack Developer at Codolve, you'll work closely with designers, PMs, and backend teams. You'll take ownership of modules, contribute to architecture decisions, and build features end-to-end from database → API → UI → deployment.

What You’ll Do

• Build modern, responsive web applications using React / Next.js
• Develop backend APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Plan, architect, and optimize scalable backend structures
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable components
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Render, DigitalOcean)
• Implement authentication, authorization, caching, and state management
• Debug production issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with UI/UX team to deliver pixel perfect features
• Participate in code reviews, improving code quality across the team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack or frontend/backend roles
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and middleware
• Ability to break down requirements into technical tasks
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Understanding of modern deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• Experience consuming Figma UI designs and converting them into components
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflow
• Familiarity with optimizing web performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and server management
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
