UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces. Someone who can take ideas, convert them into usable flows, and bring them to life through modern, systematic design.

What You’ll Do

• Design beautiful and functional web/mobile interfaces using Figma
• Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UI libraries
• Conduct user research and convert insights into design decisions
• Work closely with developers to ensure perfect implementation
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and branding teams
• Refine user flows, micro-interactions, and animations
• Present designs with clarity, explaining reasoning behind decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (freshers with strong portfolio welcome)
• Strong command of Figma, prototyping, auto-layout, components
• A clean and modern design style
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile first layouts, and accessibility
• Ability to convert ideas into wireframes and high fidelity UI
• Strong sense of layout, alignment, color usage, and typography

Skills & Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing clean UI and thoughtful UX
• Experience with user flow mapping & design system creation
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (good to have)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with developers and PMs effectively

Responsibilities

• Create consistent, scalable design components
• Turn business requirements into user flows and prototypes
• Work with engineering to implement UI exactly as designed
• Improve UX based on feedback and user behavior
• Maintain and expand Codolve’s design system
