Businesses were receiving leads from multiple sources such as forms, ad campaigns, WhatsApp, and landing pages, but had no unified dashboard to manage them. Manual exports caused missing leads, duplicate entries, and delays in follow-ups.
Another challenge was syncing leads to different CRM systems without API limits being exceeded or data being duplicated. The client needed a stable and secure automated solution.
We developed a unified API system that receives leads from multiple sources and syncs them into a central dashboard. The system includes deduplication, device tracking, source tagging, and instant notifications through email/WhatsApp/API callbacks.
The automation pipeline pushes leads into the CRM in real time using secure webhooks and API endpoints. Logging and monitoring tools were added to track failures, retries, and API response quality.
